After being diagnosed with endometriosis in 2015, I often found myself leaving doctor’s appointments feeling overwhelmed, dismissed, and searching for clearer answers about what was happening inside my body.
Serae was born from a deeply personal experience navigating hormonal wellness and the overwhelming feeling of trying to piece together answers in a space that often felt fragmented and isolating.
Over time, I found myself searching for a more intentional and transparent approach to daily nutritional support — one rooted in simplicity, research, and real lived experience.
I kept wishing there was a more intentional, streamlined approach...
What began as a personal journey eventually evolved into a larger mission: to create a brand grounded in transparency, thoughtful formulation, and meaningful support for women navigating the emotional, practical, and financial weight that often accompanies complex wellness journeys.
But more than anything, Serae was created to help women feel seen.
To create space for honest conversations and shared experiences. For education, curiosity, and connection.
For women who have spent years feeling dismissed, unheard, or alone inside their own bodies.
Every woman’s experience is deeply personal, and there is no one-size-fits-all approach to health. My hope is simply that Serae offers women a greater sense of support, grounding, and community along the way.
