At Serae, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of dietary supplements and for safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used products.

If you have purchased an unopened product directly from Serae and would like a refund, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@seraehealth.com with your order number and reason for your request.

To verify eligibility, we may request photographs of the product and packaging. Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition to qualify for a refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7–10 business days. We reserve the right to deny refund requests if the product appears opened, used, damaged, or otherwise ineligible.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery at support@seraehealth.com. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

If the issue is confirmed, we will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We work hard to process orders quickly. Once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.

Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

• Opened or used products
• Products that do not meet eligibility requirements outlined above
• Orders submitted more than 30 days after delivery
• Products purchased through third-party retailers or marketplaces
• Refund requests based solely on individual product experience or results

Individual Response Disclaimer

Individual responses to dietary supplements vary. Because results depend on many factors unique to each person, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes from using our products.

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Policy Abuse

To protect our community and business, Serae reserves the right to limit or deny refunds in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or excessive refund requests.
